You checked your phone and ended up feeling worse than you did before you doom scrolled for 10 anxious minutes.
You snapped at
your kid over
something small.
You said yes to
something you didn’t
want to say yes to.
You sat in the silence after bedtime and wondered, “how did it get to this?"
You’ve tried to fix it the way you fix everything else:
→ You’ve read the books.
→ You’ve listened to podcasts in the car because it’s the only place you can actually think.
→ You’ve tried therapy — it helped a little.
→ You’ve started journaling three times.
→ You’ve googled “why do I feel disconnected from my own life” at 11pm while your family slept.
And you still end most days feeling like you missed yourself somewhere in the middle of it all.
This is not a scheduling problem. It is not a balance problem.
It is not a you need more self care problem.
that you can barely hear your own voice underneath all of it.

The books did not work — not because you were not trying, but because they were not written for you specifically.
The podcasts helped for a day, maybe two.
The therapy reached something, but not the real, deeper layer.
You were doing all the “right” things, but you were never given your unique instructions.
You are not failing at motherhood.
You are waking up to the fact that something needs to change.
You will not come out of our coaching together as someone new. You will become more of who you have always been.
You are still everything you were. Their mother. Your partner's person. The woman who reads and reflects and tries harder. You are all of that, and you are also, finally, yourself.
That is not a vague promise. That is what this work does.
12-weeks of 1:1 coaching for mothers who are ready to start feeling like themselves again.
12 weeks of 1:1 coaching for mothers who are ready to start feeling like themselves again.
This is private work. Just you and Erin — no group, no cohort, no comparing yourself to the woman two seats over.
Human Design is a map of how you're specifically wired. How you make decisions, use your energy, and feel like yourself.
It's not a personality test. It's a precise picture of who you were before you started shaping yourself around everyone else's expectations.
Once you can see your design, you stop guessing. You understand why the advice that works for other mothers has never quite worked for you. You start making decisions from what you already know — instead of from what everyone else says you should do.
Coaching provides your transformation. Human Design makes it specific to you.
What is Human Design?
You are ready to stop understanding what’s wrong and start doing something about it
You can feel a quiet inner voice. You just can’t remember the last time you listened to it.
You are the one in your friend group who reads, reflects, tries harder — and you are tired of trying harder at being someone else (because it’s exhausting, right?)
You have tried the books, the podcasts, maybe therapy — and something is still not reaching the real layer
You are a mom who does everything "right" and still ends most days feeling like you missed yourself somewhere in the middle of it
Something in you already knows this is the next right thing — even if your logic is building a case against it
You are not willing to be honest about where you actually are — this work asks for real, not polished
You want a quick fix or a formula that works for everyone
You are in acute mental health crisis and need clinical support — this is coaching, not therapy
You are looking for parenting tactics or scripts for managing your kids better

What happens inside In Her Era?
This is where you unlearn who you had to be to become more of the mother/woman you want to be.
The good-mother conditioning — the invisible rulebook you have been measuring yourself against your whole life. The roles that became your identity when you stopped remembering you were a person first. The patterns behind the reactivity, the guilt, the constant low hum of am I enough that follows you from room to room.
You will finally have language for the thing you have been carrying silently. And you will stop making it mean something is wrong with you.
A personalized road map to meet yourself - and start living in alignment with who you were born to be.
Your Motherhood by Design Blueprint arrives — a personalized Human Design reading specific to how you are wired to live, parent, and decide. This is the starting point, not the whole picture. It is not a framework you have to translate into your life. It is a picture of you — and it makes everything that comes next more precise.
Most women read it and think: that's me. Not the version I've been performing. The actual one. Everything starts to make sense.
Not just information, lived transformation.
Sessions shift to bi-weekly here — intentionally. You are not being fed more information. You are living it between sessions. Making decisions from your inner authority in the real, ordinary moments of your actual life. A Tuesday morning. A conversation that does not wait for a coaching call. A moment where the old pattern shows up — and you have somewhere different to go.
By the time Session 8 closes, it is not a ritual or a reflection. It is a witnessed accounting of how far you have come from where you arrived.
Whatsapp text and voice note access Monday through Thursday, responded to within 24 hours. Because the hard moments do not wait — and you should not have to either.

By the end of 12
weeks you will:
Still have hard days. You still lose it sometimes. The difference is that a hard day is now just a hard day — not a verdict on who you are.
Stop disappearing into the sidelines of your own life. You are still everything you were — their mom, your partner’s person, the woman who reads and reflects and tries harder. You are all of that. And you are also, finally, yourself.
Still recognize your life. But you will not be the same woman inside it. The comparison still shows up. The overwhelm still shows up. But you are not inside them the same way. There is a little more space between the feeling and the spiral. That space is where you live now.
Have language for what has been running you. Which means it no longer runs you the same way.
Make a decision and stay with it. Not because you are certain, but because you trust your inner voice. For the first time in a long time, you do not need anyone to confirm you are doing it right.
Tell the difference between your partner’s needs, your children’s needs, and your own — and you stop treating your own as optional.
Know what you want for dinner without asking. That sounds small, but it’s not. It is the same muscle that tells you what you want for your life.

From there, the real work began: the unlearning, the reconnecting, the coming back to myself.
I believe we are all designed differently and raised to believe we are the same — and that the biggest shift a woman can experience is the moment she stops trying to live by someone else’s blueprint and starts living from her own.
I know exactly what it feels like to be the woman who has done everything right and still feels like she is missing herself entirely. I know that the missing is not a flaw. It is a waking up. And I know what comes after it because I lived it, and now I walk alongside women who are living it too.
Hi, I'm Erin.
And I’ve been exactly where you are now.
When I became a mom, I did everything right and still felt completely empty.
I googled everything. Every decision, every meltdown, every milestone. I outsourced my knowing to the books, the experts, the family group chat — until I could not hear my own voice underneath any of it. I was running a life that looked exactly the way it was supposed to look, and sitting in the silence after bedtime wondering “is this it?”.
The thing that changed it was not more information. It was learning my Human Design — and finally having a starting point that was actually built for me. Not a template I kept failing to fit. A map of how I am actually wired.
FAQ'S:
The season that feels like too much is exactly the season this work was designed for. Things don't tend to settle — but you get to feel different inside them. The overwhelm, the reactivity, the running on empty — that's not a scheduling problem. It's a self-trust problem. More time doesn't fix that. Coming back to yourself does.
You have done hard things alone before. That is not the question. The question is whether the tools you have been using are actually reaching the real layer — or whether you have been applying the right effort to the wrong problem. You are not here because you are not capable. You are here because you have been navigating something deeply personal with a map that was never drawn for you.
It's not that the books and podcasts weren't good. It's that information was never the missing piece. You've done the reading. You've listened to the episodes. You already know more than you give yourself credit for. What shifts here isn't what you know. It's where you actually live from.
You don’t need to. Human Design is where we start — it is the map that makes the rest of the work specific to you. You will receive your Motherhood by Design Blueprint inside the container and we walk through it together live. From there, we use it as a lens for the deeper work: the unlearning, the inner work, the coming back to yourself. You do not need to arrive knowing anything. You just need to arrive.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach — it is built entirely around your design and your life. But this work asks something of you: honesty. Not the polished version, not the version you present at school pickup. If you are willing to be real about where you actually are, this works.
She says yes to anything for her kids without a second thought and talks herself out of the same investment for herself in the same breath. I know this pattern. I lived it. The guilt is the real blocker — not the money. And the guilt is part of the conditioning this work dismantles. Choosing yourself here is not indulgent. For most women, it is the first act of the very work they are about to do.
A lot of women in this work navigate a partner who is not yet where they are. We hold that. It comes up inside the container — not as a problem to manage, but as part of what it means to come back to yourself inside a shared life. You do not have to have anyone’s approval to begin.
This is coaching, not therapy. If you are in acute mental health crisis, therapy is the right starting point — and I will always say so. This work is for the woman who is functioning, who is carrying a lot, who does not have a clinical diagnosis that needs treating — she just does not feel like herself anymore and cannot figure out why. If you are not sure which one you need, reach out and we will talk it through.

She has been here before. A page, a workshop, a free call — something that made her feel seen and understood in a way she rarely does. And she closed the tab.
Not because it was wrong. Because choosing herself has never quite felt like enough of a reason.
This is the moment that changes. Not because the timing is perfect — it won’t be. Not because you have figured out the logic — you won’t. But because something in you has been quietly building a case for this for a long time, and that voice deserves to be heard.
You are not broken. You are not ungrateful. You are not too much.
You are just waking up.
And this is what comes next.
